5th Annual Run for Kids Virtual 5K

Please join us for our 5th A Better Life for Kids 5K by walking, running, biking, or hiking right where you are! Complete your 5K wherever and whenever works best for you this summer!
ABLFK is teaming up with YOU to send our students in Ghana back to school this fall! Help us give our children everything they need to be successful this year - books, school supplies, backpacks, school uniforms and shoes, a solar powered lamp to study at night and lunch every single school day! We're especially proud to sponsor 9 orphaned children who are deaf to receive an educaiton in sign language, along with job training skills and apprenticeships! 100% of the money raised will go directly towards supporting this important, life-changing work!
Our ABLFK 5K will be June 1 - August 15. (You choose the day that works best for you!)
A printable bib will be sent to you to wear and take pictures with as you complete your 5K. On your chosen race day, wear ABLFK swag or a shirt that brings you joy!
Notice the sign language on the bib? That is to honor so many of our students and young adults who are deaf!
Tag ABLFK and use the hashtag #ABLFKRunForKids to share pictures of your race. You can also send us pictures at abetterlifeforkids@gmail.com. Everyone in Ghana LOVES seeing pictures of the compassionate peopel who help make such incredible things possible for them! Seeing YOU brings them so much encouragement, hope, and happiness!
